Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Invenio Homes, Ibiza

Job description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Head of Business Development and Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for the B2B marketplace of Invenio Homes and have the main responsibility for the expansion of our ecosystem and its acceptance. You will oversee our partnerships, from initial idea to launch and ongoing collaboration with partners. You will grow these partnerships and meet key business metrics through various partner programmes, marketing, new integrations and other strategies. You will report directly to the COO.

Invenio Homes is a fast-growing, Ibiza-based startup focused on developing B2B holiday rental software that allows holiday accommodation owners to connect with global agencies online.

His/her role will be cover the following:

  • Manage the relationship with our existing global partners
  • Source and manage partner deal flow, with a key focus on prioritizing the right partners.
  • Select and negotiate partnership agreements, including contract renewals
  • Be responsible for all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structured training, and ongoing partner management
  • Provide support for new partner onboarding, including working with internal teams on integration, training, communication and launching the partnership
  • Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues & creating value
  • Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering,

Marketing, Sales, and Support serving as an advocate for your partners

  • Provide constant feedback to the product team on how to improve our public APIs

Profile required

  • More than 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel/rental industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional team leaders and the leadership team
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills: you can negotiate the best possible partner agreement.
  • Relationship management: you can build and maintain solid partnerships based on mutual support.
  • You are able to lead technical conversations on data flow and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making: able to use analytics to develop partner strategies and action plans. Always back up proposals with data
  • Self-starter: you are independent, proactive, take initiative and responsibility and are always looking for improvements
  • Get stuff done attitude: you have a can-do attitude, enjoy working with limited resources and under tight deadlines and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Very good oral and written skills in English and another language

Property & House Account Manager, Ibiza

Job description

Reporting to the Invenio Homes Manager for Ibiza, the Property & House Account Manager will be responsible for the management of client stays and the development of a portfolio of properties/villas. The Property & House Account Manager is involved in the booking process and workflow.

His/her role will be cover he following:

Property Management:

  • Identify and source properties that match Invenio Homes’ property portfolio in the region
  • Visiting the selected properties and completing the house assessment with the homeowners
  • Managing the online information for the villa
  • Provide and manage the year-round property management offering for homeowners
  • Inspecting each villa before a rental and customising it to meet the different demands of the clients

Rental Management:

  • Ensure that each client is welcomed into a property whose personalisation, level of comfort, facilities and quality of house staff consistently exceed their expectations
  • Resolve any issues relating to the above before, during and after the guest’s stay in the most efficient manner possible, to maximise guest and owner satisfaction.
  • Welcoming each of our clients in accordance with the standards of the Invenio Homes brand
  • Responding to the various requests of the guests during their stay
  • Work closely with the concierge teams
  • Ensuring that check-in and check-out are carried out correctly and that the property is returned in good condition.

Senior Manager, SEO & Social Media, Ibiza

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional to join our digital marketing team and lead our SEO efforts. The right candidate will be a proven leader with extensive experience in all aspects of SEO including technical analysis, content marketing, website management, onsite optimizations, and offsite strategies.

This is a management position that will also be very active in day to day execution of initiatives. Reporting to the senior management of Invenio Homes, this position will be an instrumental leader of the marketing team helping set our strategy for SEO, social media and beyond. Success in this role requires a diverse set of skills across SEO, social media, marketing, team leadership, and project management.

His/her role will be covers he following:

  • Lead our SEO team in both strategy and implementation efforts
  • Coordinate with other members of the marketing leadership team to collaborate, set quarterly priorities, and build the team
  • Daily and weekly monitoring of our websites and social media channels using various crawling tools and GSC
  • Oversee landing page strategy, creation, and optimization
  • Partner with our content team on all web content creation including keyword research, document briefs, metadata, and onsite optimization
  • Partner with our product and engineering teams on product roadmaps and technical SEO optimizations
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Project and task management

  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in HTML, social tags, and metadata best practices
  • Deep understanding of keyword research best practices and tools, consumer intent, and on-page optimization
  • Experience with a variety of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
  • SEMRush, Moz, Deepcrawl, Screaming Frog, WordPress, and Conductor
  • Very good oral and written skills in English and Spanish, plus a third language
  • Travel industry experience is a plus
